Draft Law No. 984 amending certain provisions relating to sentences
The draft law No. 984 amending certain provisions relating to sentences of November 9, 2018, together 80 articles, was received by the National Council on November 27, 2018.
The text “was developed by the legal services of the government, in light of the reflection of the State Council, which had been seized by the Sovereign Prince in order to consider the introduction by law, of alternatives to imprisonment and to allow the courts to have sanctions both broader and better adapted to the delinquency observed nowadays”.
