The law firm GIACCARDI &<\/span> BREZZO Avocats<\/span> was founded by Thomas GIACCARDI in 1999, today surrounded by a cohesive and multidisciplinary team.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thomas GIACCARDI created a partnership with Thomas BREZZO in January 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our know-how is based on a dual culture of advice and litigation, which allows us to intervene in a wide range of operations and proceedings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We assist and represent companies, institutional players and individuals from negotiation to transactional, judicial or arbitration resolution of their disputes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have solid experience in business law, combined with daily practice of criminal, civil, commercial, social and administrative proceedings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We act before the courts of Monaco and foreign countries, the European Court of Human Rights, as well as international arbitrators.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our usual working languages are French, English and Italian.<\/strong><\/p>\n
